Bring your furry friends to downtown Ellensburg for a day full of exciting events and contests. Do you think your pup has what it takes to win!? Show us what they've got and our panel of experienced judges will make the ultimate decision.

short parade

It wouldn't be Dachshunds on Parade without a short parade! Walk down the parade path with your small furry friends and let their tails do the wagging, the fans will love it!

Costume Contest
​11:00 am

Dress your pup to the nines and let them strut their stuff down the short runway. Sign up for Individual OR Group/Float category and go all out! 

Race & Pet tricks
12:00 pm

Is your dog the fastest Dachshund this side of the Mississippi? Let the zoomies run wild in this competitive race. Categories for heats include Standard, Miniature, and Senior (10+).
